Animal Friends Foundation Inc (AFF) has established a partnership with ANIMAL HOSPITAL OF MILLVILLE 60 N Sharp Street Millville NJ 08332 to perform low cost spaying/neutering of cats & dogs. Surgeries will be performed by Dr.Harold Blumenthal,VMD and his associates five days a week.
To book a surgical appointment, you have two options.
- 1st: Call our office at 856-503-5572 to schedule an appointment to complete your registration and provide payment. We accept cash, check or money orders only. Your surgical appointment will be given to you at that time along with a voucher to present to the hospital/clinic of your choice.
- 2nd: Remit payment for the surgery(ies) you are requesting by mailing in your check or money order payable to Animal Friends Foundation 1370 S Main Rd,PMB 138 Vineland NJ 08360. Please enclose a SASE as we will mail back to you a voucher to be presented to the hospital/clinic of your choice. Kindly provide a day time phone number and an email address. Someone will contact you to setup your appointment.
CATS:
Special pricing for AFF clients will be $50/male and $75/female which includes their rabies and 1st Distemper vaccinations and optional ear tipping. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE THROUGH AFF. Full payment is required in advance prior to scheduling a surgery date. Our fee's for extra and/or optional services are as follows:
- Leukemia/HIV (Combo Test) $35
- Cryptorchid (Undescended Testicle) $25
- Convenia Injection (Antibiotic) $20
- Ivermectin (for ear mites), Drontol, Strongid, Depo, Baytril and Vetalog $10 each
- Frontline/Advantage treatment for ticks & fleas $15
Fee's for extra services can be paid directly to the ANIMAL HOSPITAL OF MILLVILLE at time of pickup by cash or credit card only. No personal checks!
_DOGS:
- Dogs are required to be up to date on rabies vaccinations. Vaccination can be provided at a nominal fee.
- No senior dogs and/or weighing over 75lbs accepted through this hospital.
